5.2 Stripe
Stripe processes payments for the 24 Hour CV / Application review service. When you make a payment, your card details are handled directly by Stripe and are not seen or stored by us. For more information, visit:stripe.com/gb/privacy.
5.3 Tally
Tally hosts our 24 Hour CV / Application review intake form. When you submit your CV, cover letter, and role information via this form, that data is received and stored by Tally before being accessed by us. Formore information, visit: tally.so/privacy.
5.4 Wix
Wix hosts our website and may collect visitor analytics data as described in Section 3.2 above. Formore information, visit: wix.com/about/privacy.
5.5 Other disclosures
We may also share your information where we are required to do so by law, or where it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of IDCV, our clients, or others.
6. International Data Transfers
Some of our third-party service providers are based outside the United Kingdom. Where your personal information is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the use of the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or equivalent standard contractual clauses. 7. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
● Client coaching records (session notes, CV drafts, cover letters, feedback): retained for 12months from the end of your engagement with us
● Payment records: retained for 7 years in line with our legal and tax obligations
● Email correspondence: retained for 12 months
● Marketing subscription data: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
After these periods, your information will be securely deleted or anonymised.
8. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the following rights in relation to your personal information:
